Imported seafood from..S.A.B.A.H..
My brother went to Sabah for work last weekend, and come back with imported fish (sek-pan) and big prawn.
Steamed-Fish
RM35.00 per kg for prawn, and RM40.00 per kg for fish. Not a bad price, as my brother get us one kg of prawn (appx 19 of them), and one kg of fish. The fish is very fresh and full with meat...not only fish bone..
My mom cook ginger-steamed-fish, and wine-fried-prawn..Hmmmm...Yummmy!
