21st June 2008, the date i was confirmed as Spansion's permanent staff. This means, i will need to give 2 months notice to leave + entitled annual leave + fixed increment upon confirmation. However, i only called by manager for Confirmation letter handover today.
I'm confirmed! Confirmed!
"We refer to the above and are glad to inform you that based on your good performance and commitment, the Management takes great pleasure in confirming your employment as Junior Engineer 1 in IT Department with effect from June 21st June 2008"
Good news? Bad news? It's open for discussion, and guess. However, i'm glad i'm still here up to today. (Wink* Wink*)
