:: Ladies Night @ BarCelona *again* ::

Beforehand, let me share my experience in having the most FXXXXX expensive mamak-maggi goreng, and the most FXXXXX expensive roti telur and the most FXXXXX expensive “teh ais limau” that I’ve ever had in my whole life.

Yves and I have not taken our dinner, so decided to grab something to fill our stomach while waiting for others to arrive. We stopped by Steven’s Tea Garden, which is located just outside Barcelona club, being lazy to walk far for other restaurant.

I was shocked looking at the menu where all of their dishes either it’s food or beverage’s price ended with “88”, eg: RM2.88, RM4.88, RM8.88, RM12.99, RM18.88 and so on.

Proceed to survey for the price for the cheapest food we can have in mamak which is ROTI CANAI, and surprisingly it’s at the price of RM2.88 per piece. =____=”.

I proceed to order “Maggi-goreng ayam” which cost me at RM8.88 where normally we can have it at RM3.50 or RM4.00. And not to forget our luxurious drink “the ice limau” and “Ais Limau” at RM2.38 per cup.

Overall, the food was not that bad but the price abit expensive for mamak-food. Ya ya, I’m abit kiam-siap (kedekut!!) What to do…that’s why I’m still looking for a rich boyfriend/husband! Anyone rich out there who willing to take me as their girlfriend or wife? Wtf~ hahahahahh!

We went to BarCelona again on last Thursday for simple night outing, as it is BarCelona’s Ladies Night. Yves’s group of friends prefers to go there because of the following:

1) Sunway is near to all of us (Siew Ping-Bukit Tinggi, Elaine-Shah Alam, Elaine/Joey/Susan/Chui Yee-Serdang) – KL is too far for us who need to work on the very next day.
2) BarCelona is giving out a free-hard liquor-bottle for ladies of 5 – only for those who reserved early
3) Convenient jockey car-park – so we do not need to walk far away to/from the club
4) Freeflow-cocktail for ladies – if hard-liquor is not your favorite

Overall, the night was OK and FUN despite on some “cheap guy” who simply “molest” by hugging Yves’s friend whole night, despite on some “cheap guy” who not willing to buy drink but to drink the hard liquor we had for the night, despite on some “cheap guy” who desperate for photo (always disturb while people snapping photos).

We really spend the night dancing on the dance (we really dance ok! ONLY dance OK! Wtf~!) because our was table located very-very near to entrance so the music was not great and loud at all! We need speakers to be put in front of us, to get the mood of dancing~ wtf~ So, we move from table-dancing to dance-floor dancing.

John, I manage to keep my “tauhu” tonight ok! Wtf~ I manage to keep my distance from guys or potential color-wolf, to enjoy my dancing all the night without being molest or potentially being called as “one night stand bitch”. again! Hahahaha! Went back at 12:30 am and dozed off at 1:00pm. ZZzzZZZzZzZZzzzZ~

:: Suprise Bash Party @ Spansion ::

So coincidence, Kah Wai's actual birthday falls on last Friday 7th August 2009, a week before he leave us. Being his co-worker for 2 years, I decided to throw him a surprise party as my last present for him before leaving us struggling behind.

Start arranging the cake, the presents, the money collection for the presents, the visit to buy the presents, the email notification to all about this suprise party,and so many more. Never know it's so hard to plan for a SUPRISE party, as I need to make sure everyone to remain silent, and the most hard thing is to make sure the birthday boy/girl. Phewww~~ So pressuring and stresses!!

Thanks to Hui Juin, who lend a hand to help in buying the Secret Recipe Cake from nearest Secret Recipe. I've decided to buy Moist Choc Cake from Secret Recipe. It cost us @ RM73.50 (including tax). For present, we've share equally to buy him a Memory Lane Photo Album which enclosed with lotz lotz (appx 50 photos) of us being together for this 2 years. US means photo of HIM with Spansion IT department's staffs and Planning Department's staffs, and not the photos of me and HIM. LOL!!! Choii~ Tai kat lei si~ HAHAHHAH! This includes the picture of him being the FATTEST GUY in MES team, a picture of a year back where he still looks like a PIG~ Hahahaha~

All the pictures recall us on the memories we being together. We used to take group photos together, we used to join internal KAIZEN competition together, we used to play bowling together, we used to WIN the bowling competition, we used to join Spansion Hunt together and many more!

It's quite a rush arrangement as I only start arranging and plan everything on Thursday later evening. I also need to rush to nearest Memory Lane to select the most appropriate photo album. After few rounds of surveying in Giant, Kodak shop and Memory Lane...at last decided to buy a Dark Brown photo album written with "MEMORIES" on the photo cover. Not yet ends here, where I will need to "korek-korek" back all of his OLD photos (digital copies), so I can print it out and put it in the album I bought a day earlier.

And at the same time, I bought him a BIG GIANT card from memory lane, so I will need to ask EVERYONE to go and sign secretly! See, how hard to make it so secret, and the room where the card is located is very nearby to Kah Wai's place. wtf~ I think i'm going to get heart attack! I swear I wont do it for the next time! =__="

:: Farewell @ Shogun Pyramid *again* ::

Sigh~ Another farewell party being organized to mark the leaving of him who joined Spansion for more than 2 years, 3 months ahead of me. He is Kong Kah Wai, the superman in MES team who had more than 10 years experiences in manufacturing. All users used to look for him if they face any problem, and he seems to know most of the things. That’s why I categorize him as SUPERMAN.

Oh ya ..to recall, we had the same farewell lunch at Shogun for another colleague of us, Mariam who left us 4 months ago.

Before proceed, let me share my feeling on each farewell organized for each and every colleague of mine who announced their resignation. I felt both happy and sad for their decision to leave Spansion.

Why I’m happy?

I feel happy because we will get a chance to have farewell lunch/dinner as gathering, mainly because we can officially snake (curi tulang). We took almost 1.5 ~ 2 hours for recent farewell lunch. In other word, we “snake” for 1.5~2 hours, spending our working time eating lunch outside of Spansion. So great, isn’t?

I feel happy because they had the courage to take a step to venture for better opportunities to look for other better job, instead of staying in a company (Spansion) which is in Chapter 11 (in bankruptcy status), risking their future here.

I feel happy because I can blog about (like this) the farewell party, so I do not need to blog about nonsense thing. At least I can hit my target to update one post in a day.

Why I’m sad?

I feel sad because I will need to take over more job responsibilities since the SUPERMAN is leaving, leaving me as the most senior in the group. Can you imagine a senior with less than 2 years experiences? That proven how high our turnover is! Sighh~~

I feel sad because everybody will ask me to become the organizer for the farewell lunch/dinner. You know, sometime I am out of ideas or feel so busy and I still need to look for places to eat, still need to send out email for voting, sending out email to confirm RVSP, need to call for reservation, need to arrange the transportation, need to fork-out the money in advance to pay, and lastly become “temporary” ah long in collecting the money. Sighh~~

I feel sad because one of my colleagues is leaving, and our team member is getting lesser and lesser. He’s not my favorite colleague but the relationship still there as we had been working together for almost 2 years. And I always ask him for help, whenever I reach the “dead road”.

I feel sad because knowing he has the courage to step out of this comfort zone, to seek for more challenge or to seek for a better salary job or a better and stable company, while I still feel reluctant to accept challenges and remain in this comfort zone earning RMxxK salary per month.

Ok, finish with the confession and continue with our last Luxurious Lunch with Kah wai before
he leaving us. Shogun is having promotion now for having discount of 35% discount per head on weekday lunch. So, we grab this oppurtunity to have cheap Japanese Buffet Lunch, eat all you can!

:: Spansion Fruit Sale ::

Spansion is having fruit sale at its car park compound where HR manages to get a fruit vendor from somewhere (maybe someone’s relatives are selling fruits somewhere some streets).

They started to announce for the upcoming fruit sale event since last few weeks, but I guess nobody bother to care about it until yesterday where they blocked/closed 2 rows of car parks to allocate the spaces for the fruit vendor.

And unfortunately, those 2 rows are my favorite car parks all the while. Forgotten about the fruit sale, thought can park there as normal and ended up got chased or “shu shu” by the security knocking on my window telling me “Miss, you cannot park here!” wtf~ And I need to make another big U-turn for 3rd row. Whatever~ la~

Ok, this fruit sale will be held for 2 days 3rd and 4th August 2009. There are selling Yellow Rambutan, Red Rambutan, Dukong on the 1st day, adding with Durian and Longan on the 2nd day.

According to our HR Director, somehow the price will be lower than market price since they named it “Fruit Sale”, but as a non-regular fruit-buyer, I also not sure whether are we being cheated or we really got at a cheaper price a compare to normal RRP (recommended retail price).

They are selling Rambutan at RM3 for 1kg and RM5 for 2 kgs, while selling Dukong/Longan at RM4 per kg. You judge, is it cheap???

The story begin when...........*opening red curtain, jeng jeng jeng~~*

I was in a club, dancing with my chums, who also invited one of her "friend" together hoping to be protected by known-guys and the more we are, the merrier we will be. And we drink and dance as usual (just like usual dancers who drop by the club). The alcohol starting to shoot up to my brain, where I started to get little bit dizzy but but I'm STILL 100% conscious! Let me highlight again that I AM 100% CONSCIOUS! And this guy started to dance with me for sometime while my bunch of friends went out to dance floor leaving me at the table to look after the bag and purse.

Ok, in my opinion, we are ok to be "OPEN" abit when we are out for this kind of outing. But not to the extent where we do not have any limit. We can flirt, we can dance, we can be high, we can enjoy and we can try NOT to be ourself, as long as it's below our limit! Anyway, it's for that few hours of enjoyment. But again, I want to stress here that it must not exceed our limit of actions. Ahhhh, you understand what I meant.

So,being the guy who spending his night with us, I try to be friendly enough to communicate with him through speeches and action [mean dancing together]. The dance started to get closer after a while, and I still think it's ok to have little bit of intimate dance when we are so enjoy dancing around.

After a while, he started to change his location and move to my back (and putting his 2 palms on my shoulder). Ok, I still think this is not a rude body language for dancing in a club. And we continue to dance until he move his hand to my waist. That's when I feel little bit of ackward and weird. Thank God my bunch of friends are back, so I change the position and dance (acting nothing happens).

Frankly, I'm not that kind of traditional women where I will slap a guy when he touch my face, or when he touch his hand on my cheek, same goes to my waist. You might be wondering why I din slap him or rejected him immediately. You see, I'm trying to be professional in outing ok! FML~

Thankfully, nothing happen at the end. But I think he's abit over when dancing with his hands on my waist, and trying to get lower and lower~ Deettt!!! Please make sure you're over 18 before proceed! Hahahahah~

I think I shall fast forward to the peak of this post where I've been called a bitch who dying to have "ONE NIGHT STAND".

After few weeks after that outing, I was out with another bunch of friends. And guess what, this guy is spreading the news that I'm those type of gal who can have "ONE NIGHT STAND" anytime anywhere! At least to a bunch of friends who knew me through Yves~

Aiii~~ I 'm speechless* I'm trying to act pro here and got this ending at the end.

P/S : That guy still keep calling me up to today (blame myself for giving out my phone and MSN contact at the beginning of the party), I did not answer his phone at all. He called me constantly a week or two after the party. And the last time he called me was today afternoon, after I knew I was called one night stand bitch. How wish I want to answer him and yell ;

"I'm NOT dying to have one night stand with you ok! Don't perasan!! And if I really wish to have one, that guy for sure will not be you even left with 1 guy in this planet!"

"Please mirror yourself and see your cat face! If you're out of mirror please pee and mirror yourself in the reflection of pee. If you really out of pee, I don't mind peeing and borrow you mine!

Sorry to be mean here, but I just can't stand myself (such an innocent, adorable, sweet "little" gal) being called a bitchy who dying, DYING to have one night stand!
