:: True Friend::

#1 What is True Friend?

This is the question which keep playing in mind, just like a broken cd player, playing a scratched cd, repeating the same part until I decided to stop it. There is a discussion between me and friend on how do we know whether the friend we thought is a true friend to you is really the fact that they are true to you.

It sounds complicated but it's as easy as 1..2..3.. If she/he is your true friend, somehow how u will know it someday somewhere or vice versa.

Back to the definition of true friend, for me everyone is my true friend *ideal case*, but I know nothing is perfect. For me, true friend is someone or maybe a group of someone (if you're lucky enough) who will be there for you no matter you are sad, happy or neither feel sad or happy.

They will be there when you get promoted and you can't wait to tell them, when you have a secret that you can't revealed but to them, when you have a sudden feeling that you must let it out, when you feel emo and want someone to be there for you, just anytime anywhere.

But if you notice or experienced yourself, most of us will have limited number of true friend(s), 1....2.... Or maybe 3... For those who is unlucky, they might have null. Maybe you will think, it might be the person's attitude problem if he or she do not have any true friend. Maybe he/she too cocky, too talkative, too emotional, too demanding, etc etc etc. Or maybe he/she used to do something which you think offended you. Or maybe you hate your true friend prettier/ richer/ brilliant than you.

What do you see on the whiteboard in the picture above ? What's the first answer that came into your mind upon seeing the picture above?

Some of you or maybe most of you will answer "the iPhone and the magnet in the middle". Why can't the answer be "the white area on the whiteboard". It applies to how we see or analyse our friend. We will always tends to magnify the zoom to see at others weaknesses and black dots.

And sometime the one who we thought to be our true friend to us might backstab you silently behind your back. So are they your true friend?

#2 Can my partner be my best friend?

It's not easy to get a partner who can be our true friend. Maybe I yet to find one at the moment. Being us, human tends to be selfish or demanding or most of the time take things for granted.

We will always expect more from our partner no matter physically , mentally or financially. And some of us even lie to our partner with whatever reasons. A relationship with lies, can it be counted as true "friend"?

Yes, no one has the answer but yourself. Only you yourself determine who is your true friend who is not. But regardless they are your true or not, being a human we should at least not to take advantages for any relationship and be sincere in every relationship. Be true to everyone, so everyone will be your true friend.

:: Family day!! Yuhuuuuuuu! ::

Last minute plan for a family one-day trip to Sepang Bagan Lalang trip. Frankly, it's been one of my wish list to have family outing. I enjoyed the feeling of going for a short trip together with our loved one, parents, sisters, brothers, kiddos, nieces, nephews....and so on so on.

Date : 18th April 2010
Location : Bagan Lalang, Sepang

Then it's my time to fully utilize my camera to take as many photos as possible, so we can view it to mesmerize the moments we had last time. Ya ya..i'm quite family oriented person.. *shy shy* or just photo-maniac!! hahahah!

Back to the trip, we planned like 1-2 days before. A quick plan on what to cook, what to bring, where to go, who's going, and who's not going. Tood bad, Ng's family not being able to join because brother in law need to work, while my brother Kok Wai also not being able to join as his wife need to go back and see her sick dad. But due to not to dissapoint most of us, we decided to proceed with our plan regardless of imcomplete family members.

Mom and I started to plan what ingredients to buy to prepare the foods.Mom woke me up at 7am....Oh...that's so early!!! We went to pasar early morning grabbing our early breakfast somwhere nearby. I feel great to have breakfast with them, which I rarely do. *useless daughter*

We went to buy wet ingredients such as pork and vegetables to prepare sandwiches. The market nowadays is not as dirty as previous where you need to wet your "pak suit suit, wat luit luit" leg with dirty water from the market floor. The market nowadays being commercialize for the customer comfort. Phewwwww~!!! Luckily~

The BABI-LOU, selling BABI! ^^ Very yummy roasted pork

And the pork meat..

After that, we went to Giant to buy other ingredients such nuggets, drinks, bread, sardine, tuna, butter and so on so on. And I can tell you, the things nowadays are NOT CHEAP! we just simply pick and pay also need to fork out RM80++. There is one chinese proverb, "Eat Rice, but don't know what's the price for the rice". Hahahahah!

After preparing all the food for the whole morning, we get ready to depart from Shah Alam house around 1:30pm.

Sandwich : Checked
Nugget : Checked
Yummy Lap cheong Rice : Checked
Drinks : Checked
Sunglasses : Checked
SUNBOLCK : Checked
Jacket (if neccessary) : Checked
Camera (VERY IMPORTANT!!) : Checked
Nice hair do and make up : CHECKED! <-- this one very important to make sure nice ME in the photos! hahahah!

Getting ready --> Sepang HERE WE COME!!!

Me! How is it? Ok boh?
We reached Bagan Lalang around 4:00pm and the weather is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo extraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hot that day! Luckily I got bring SPF50 sunblock! Phewwwww!!!

So we set up everything once we reach there, "conquered" a nice and strategic spot to enjoy our late tea-time! It's really enjoying for laying on the beach and enjoy the weather, and have a chit-chat with your family. The kiddos brighten the days be seeing them playing around the beach! How good if all of can be there~ Anyway, I'm sure there will be a chance someday somehow.

THERE! THERE!! Our spot!!!!

:: Testing blogging from iPhone at 3am? WTF!!! ::

Having insomnia last night, sleepless, rolling left and right on my bed until at least 4am. OMG!! I tried to close my eyes, I tried to rest my mind, I tried to play the music, I tried read iPhone ebooks, I tried count sheeps in my brain (ya ya, I know quite lame! and definitely useless for an adult)...Just can't rest in peace....Choiii!!R.I.P pulak~ I'm still alive.. I mean "sleep in peace"..

Ended up I tried alot of iPhone application just to keep me entertain for at least few hours. For your information, I got my dream phone iPhone 16GB 3GS not long ago, I think last month. I've been playing it for a month, and yet still alot of applications I yet to try.

iPhone really an entertaining gadget, as the applications range from books, utility, games to medical applications. So you will have ample of applications to try on, regardless those apps really useful or not. If you don't like, just delete it. The disadvantage is it's quite wasting time, as some of the apps consume alot of time for you to download. So depends on your luck whether you being able to test good apps or not.

I might be writing a post which share the apps which I've tried, and I think it's worth for other iPhone owner to download as well. But bear in mind, my iPhone is jailbreak iPhone. You might need to purchase it in iTunes Application store, for those who are using non-jailbreak iPhone.

*Testing uploading pictures from my iPhone ^^* the quality not bad...and it's quite fast too! Faster than uploading one-by-one using Blogger Photo loader. What do you think? Nice? *hehehehheh*

:: Picture of the day ::

I'm a vegetarian today ( for lunch ONLY).
I guess I need to start the story from the moment I started to join FaxCore, having one colleague who used to be vegetarian every 1st and 15th of every month (of Chinese Lunar Calendar). Normally I will join him tapao'ing vegetarian lunch meal from one of the famous (famous with the crowds) vegetarian shop located nearby our office.

Normally i will opt for green vegetables and not on those flour-based-konon-looks-like meat dishes. Today I opt for 3 vegetable dishes. And wtf!! it cost me at Rm3.20 which I can eat "wan tan mee" by just adding another RM0.60. A meal with WAN TAN and CHA SIEW some more. Anyway, I do feel good after eating such a healthy meal every month. *dragging u aside* people said by consuming more vegetables can make people slimmer. Hahahahaha!

But the bad thing about this vegetarian meal is I don't feel full after the meal! Oh my gosh, now only I know I'm such a big eater.. Body size lime rat but eat like an elephant! What a good representation... Anyway, will get to eat vegetarian again after another 15 days...omitofu!! Aliluya! Opssssss... Aliluya is meant for Christian...:)
